  • How Long does it take?

    On average people spent 1,5 hours at the event. The walking route is approximately 1.7 km.

  • Is WonderLights suitable for children?

    WonderLights is suitable for children, but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are free for children under 3 years old.

  • What should I wear?

    It is an outdoor activity: please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and boots for the winter.

  • Can I smoke or vape during the experience?

    Although it is an outdoor experience, we will ask you not to smoke on the grounds of the castle.

  • Are toilets available on site?

    Toilets are available on site and are cleaned regularly. We will ask 0,50 EUR per toilet visit.

  • Can I bring bicycles to WonderLights?

    No adult or children bicycles are allowed in the park.

  • Can I bring my dog?

    Dogs are not allowed in the park.

  • Can we take pictures?

    Yes, we recommend that you bring your camera.

  • What happens if it rains?

    If it is raining but access can still be guaranteed to the experience, we invite you to bring an umbrella or a jacket suitable for the rain. It is an outdoor activity: please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear for winter.

Food and drink

  • Where can I eat or drink?

    In the greenhouse of the park, you will find our WonderLights Café. We offer French fries, hamburgers, lots of mulled wine, hot chocolate, and other drinks.

  • How can I pay for food and drinks?

    You can pay by cash, bancontact or credit card in the WonderLight Café.

  • Is the WonderLight Café of suitable for children?

    Yes, The WonderLight Café is perfect for the whole family.

  • Can I bring my own food and drinks to WonderLight?

    It is forbidden to consume your own drinks, alcohol or food during the visit. Experience a culinary surprise with our WonderLight Café.

  • Is the park accessible for wheelchair users?

    The park is not accessible for wheelchair users, except for your own risks. The trails are muddy in this season. We recommend asking for a strong companion to assist you. There are cobblestones on the entrance bridge and here it is best to pull the wheelchair. Stairs in the park can always be avoided by the wheelchair user.

  • Do you offer a free ticket for a personal assistant of wheelchair users?

    A wheelchair user purchasing a ticket may bring one essential carer companion free of charge. The companion may present himself at the entrance and receive a free access.

    PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to purchase a ticket for the essential carer. If you do, we will not be able to refund you this ticket!

    You can buy your parking ticket on this page for 6 EUR per car. The car park is only accessible on presentation of your parking ticket and for the entire visit.

  • Is there a parking space for disabled visitors?

    We recommend dropping off the disabled person at the entrance of the park and then park the car in the car park of Hocké.

    Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. We still accept your entrance if you arrive late.

  • Can I change the date of my ticket?

    Yes, you can change your visiting day yourself by clicking on the link from your ticket.

    Tickets are non-refundable.

  • What is the refund policy?

    In the unlikely event that we need to cancel WonderLights, you can transfer your ticket to a different date or receive a refund. We will inform everyone via email and our social media outlets as soon as possible. Always check your spam for any communication from us! Under any other circumstances WonderLights tickets are non-refundable.

  • How/when will I receive my tickets?

    After payment, you will immediately receive the tickets in your mailbox. If you have not received them, please contact

  • I can’t find my tickets or have lost them, what should I do?

    Upon completing your ticket purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your tickets.

    You can also email us at, if you cannot find your tickets. Please make sure to include as much information as possible, such as the location, order number, name & email address used to book the tickets.

    Please note: our customer service team can not respond to you instantly and usually require at least 24 hours to respond to any queries. Check your tickets at least 2 days before the event.

  • Do I receive a discount if I come with a group?
